Two friends and I made an appointment with Helen to find out which colours suited us best. It sounded like fun (and it was!), but I never really expected it to change the way I thought about the colours I wore.
Now I'm buying clothes that aren't just black! It's definitely given me confidence to add brighter splashes of colour now I know I'm picking the right ones!
